Customisation services, at its very core, is an in-depth and in-person connection and relationship with the customers. This pandemic hits us even harder as our shoes customisation journey starts with us being there physically with you to measure your feet dimensions.

When the design and colour have been chosen, we will draw a picture of how the shoes look like and send it to the customer for confirmation. We call this the “customisation form”. Our shoe maker, who is an expert of turning drawing into reality, is ready on standby to receive the customisation form!
